CLASS EXPERIENCE

After finishing her honors degree in Communication Studies at Laurier University she moved to Cambridge and is now pursuing her two dreams in life; Real Estate and Group Fitness. Erika is obsessed with anything physically active, whether it be participating in the Tough Mudder, extreme tubing at Chicopee Ski Club or hiking with her dog, she just loves to get out and get moving!"

"Jenny is one of the most humble people when it comes to her accomplishments. She was hired by Toronto Pearson Fire right out of school. She's now an acting captain as well as an instructor for FESTI (Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute).

Jenny is currently part of the world record holding team for the mixed relay on the Canadian Fire Fit course. Initially, her pursuit to develop into a top-level competitor led her to become a ProActive member. Soon after Jenny knew that she had to be a part of this movement even more by becoming a fully certified coach! Jenny is personable, professional and passionate when it comes to leading her group fitness classes."

"Described as goal-oriented and driven, Marsha’s keen work ethic is known to inspire those around her.
 

She brings with her a therapeutic background in massage therapy and years of experience in personal training, group fitness and yoga instruction and mindfulness meditation. Her greatest passion is empowering people to feel more alive through movement.

 

Outside of the studio, Marsha is a gifted cook and devoted runner.  In her spare moments, she also relishes in the consolation of a good book."
